Decent place to have a meal. Service is alright, as we had few different waiters the enthusiasm varied. Food is of decent quality. Not outstanding quality, portion size is not too large. Pork tenderloin was dry and had been sitting on the warming tray for way too long i imagine. Fish was decent but portion was not too large. Desserts are average, i was not impressed. Creme brulee was not like it should be at all. All the meals feel prepared-en-mass and well in advance, only to be heated up before serving out. Drinks are expensive. There is a restaurant 2 doors further serving them 2/3rd of the price. Setting is alright. For a place like this i was expecting more authentic decor, heavy wood beams and a large fireplace etc.
All in all i was not impressed, but also not entirely disappointed. It's somewhere in the middle i guess. Will i go back? Not planning to, but...

Since the weather allowed it, we had the opportunity to enjoy the outside seating area, which is very nice. As the neighborhood is well maintained and most of the woodwork in the village has been painted in the red-white family colors of the Zuylen family, the view is something to enjoy as well.
