Burger King — Restaurant in Utrecht

The first Burger king ever I saw this old with almost no equipment that we usually see in other branches! There are no Automatique machines for self order which is awkward! A very small kitchen and the staff cook and work with no gloves on! The hygiene is really at its lowest level! They write down the numbers on the bill manually and then make a call when your order is ready! There are some parking lots outside and also some outdoor space for eating. The indoor space is dark with not much space which might be okay for this branch of Burger King! I really hope to see some renovation and new equipment plus with more hygiene care in this...

Keep driving! This place was very old and poorly maintained. We should have guessed such from the state of the parking lot, totally uneven and full of craters. Bathrooms are shared with the whole facility and are also old and not nice. We opted to change our kid’s diaper in the car instead of there. In the BK we were not greeted and stood before the counter for a good 5 minutes until someone came to take our order. It’s been many years since I ate Burger King and I probably won’t bother to eat it again. Definitely won’t stop at this place again… Unless for a quick...

I don’t understand why this is the one BK I’ve seen without a tablet to order. There are 3 cash registers and only 1 is used. The queue literally started outside the store, and because it is so narrow you can't get past it if you want to go out or in.

In addition, I went to the toilet while waiting for my order and came back without an appetite. it's embarrassing how dirty it is.

+1 extra star because this is the first time in a while my order was actual complete, just the wrong sauce for my fries, still...
