It's horrible that you have to give order from a machine like you are in one of these cheapass MCdonalds shops. How can you devalue your brand?! And no cash!? Is this China? I wonder if they are prepping for CDBC's,too? Whats next? I wish they were more customer friendly and cash friendly. It's a shame, we love Charlie's wok and enjoyed for many many years. We had really good memories with kids, where the cooks used to make shows and interact with them, just a couple of years ago. We moved away but still travelled to this restaurant just to support the business and enjoy the food. Sadly that customer friendly and cosy environment is not there anymore. We will find another place that accepts cash and more...

The food tasted good. I had to stand in a small cube before I could place an order but that didn't take a lot of time. If you want to skip the queue you could place an order online and pick it up in the restaurant. The food menu is very clearly written on a big board. They are English friendly too. Zaten vroeger op het station in Utrecht. Er toen weleens wat eten gepakt en vond de burgers lekker!! Nu 20 jaar later weer eens opgezocht omdat we in de buurt waren. Nou nooit meer!! De hotshot burger zat amper sla op (hele goedkope sla ook nog) en bijna geen saus maar was wel redelijk te eten, de Burger met kip ging ook nog, frietje s waren niks waard, wok zat weinig en ook nog heel dun vlees in, broccoli was niet klein gesneden, zaten hele stammen aan!. En de Vis burger ah jee die stonk verschrikkelijk, En smaakte heel sterk geen idee of dat wel goed is/was..... niet verder opgegeten........

Was ik maar eerst naar de wc gegaan voordat ik besteld had, want iemand had het niet optijd gered om op de wc te komen grote druppels dunne poep op de vloer , dat was echt goor, meteen gegaan en nooit...
