Vorig jaar heb ik samen met mijn collega een macaron workshop gevolgd en dat was in 1 woord fantastisch. De workshop was goed verzorgd, de stappen werden goed uitgelegd en wij kregen een goede begeleiding. Tarik is erg vriendelijk en geduldig. Leuk om te zien over hoeveel product kennis hij beschikt. TOP bedrijf en eigenaar. Wij hadden genoten, onze complimenten! Dit jaar ook maar weer eens inschrijven voor een andere workshop :)

It’s the best bakery option available in the neighbourhood, the breads/sourdough are of good quality - the pastries are very much average and on the heavy side. I miss descent quality of the basics like croissants and pain au chocolat, the rest could stay on the “trendy” side. The staff...
