Review for KFC Venlo I recently visited KFC Venlo and had a mixed experience. The food was good, meeting the usual KFC standards, but there were significant issues that marred the visit. Firstly, the air conditioner was broken, making it unbearably hot inside. When I asked the staff about it, they mentioned that a technician wouldn’t be available until September. This is quite disappointing, especially during the warmer months. The heat seemed to affect the staff as well, resulting in slower service than expected. It felt like the heat was causing everyone to work more slowly, which impacted the overall efficiency. Overall, while the food was good, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of the facility’s maintenance and service speed. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed soon.

It is also very slow place, waiting 15 minutes for one sandwich. So again - not enough workers. And now it will be another bot respond like under each review - bla bla bla, apologies, we try to do best, bla bla bla. Nothing will change - reviews tells everything, check them, many months and it's still like this. Edit: Exactly what I said about respond xD

We ordered a meal that was all the same, there were no things like the picture on the sale, and the officials told us that they had nothing to do with this thing, and the chicken was not cooked and had a black color. It was my first time visiting this area, and I thought that the taste and treatment would be different in my country from which I came. Unfortunately, I hope that it will improve in the future.

This was the most horrible experience in KFC ever! We had been on a trip around Venlo as foreigners and wanted to have a basic lunch. First and foremost the quality of air in the restaurant was horrible, disgusting smell and AC was not working or was at the lowest level…. Despite the fact, we were really hungry we stayed. Ordering took a long time because of really long queue… After ordering we had been waiting for around 20 minutes. Then the waiter came with wrong order even though we were pissed we waited for our order, at least the waiter( older man) was nice and he was trying to do the best he could. After the right order came we were finally eating. Nevertheless another problem came, with plastic cups we took for our waters. The system was so poor to explain what should we do with the cups. One plastic glass was 1€ we had 2. No one told us this information and it was not written anywhere! So we paid more for the cups. We wanted to return the cups but the service was not able to explain anything in English, they didn’t even tried, they showed the recipe with info so we were writing them on support, but we didn’t see our money yet. Now it is a week, your support is not answering…. KFC VENLO NEVER AGAIN. I don’t recommend for anyone...

Ik heb veel meegemaakt maar dit sloeg echt alles. Om vijf over 7 hebben wij ons eten besteld, direct hierna kreeg ik en volglink om mijn bestelling in de gaten te houden. Aanvankelijk zou het ca. 35 min kosten om te brengen, wij zaten letterlijk 3 stoplichten van de KFC vestiging vandaan. Na enkele minuten liep de bezorg tijd op naar een uur. En als het heel druk ik kan ik me dat voorstellen maar inmiddels konden wij ook zien dat de bezorger al zat te wachten om het eten mee te krijgen. Nadat wij 1,5 uur lang de bezorgtijd zagen veranderen, soms korter en vervolgens weer langer, zat de bezorger nog steeds in het restaurant te wachten en had ik er eigenlijk wel genoeg van. Ik heb de auto gepakt en ben naar de KFC toe gereden. Hier aangekomen zag ik letterlijk de bestellingen die via thuisbezorgd waren geplaatst op de balie uitgestald liggen zonder dat hier iets mee gedaan werd. Omdat het bedienende personeel vaak niet zoveel kan met 'lastige' vragen heb ik gelijk de vraag om de manager te spreken gedaan, door deze dame werden gelijk alle excuses uit de kast gehaald waarom deze bonnen niet werden bereid, van 'de bestellingen die via een derde partij worden gedaan kunnen wij geen voorrang geven' tot 'ja het is zo druk dat we er gewoon niet aan toekomen'. Belachelijk, via welke site je ook besteld je besteld bij dit restaurant. En hoe druk het ook is (inmiddels) 2 uur wachten op je eten is voor een fastfood restaurant werkelijk kansloos. Ook toen ik aangaf er wel klaar mee te zijn en mijn geld terug te willen schoot de manager in de stress modus, met excuses als 'wij kunnen dat niet doen dat moet je via thuisbezorgd regelen' maar dit hadden wij inmiddels al geprobeerd.. die verwijzen je dan gewoon naar de KFC venlo door want die zijn wel bereid je te helpen hiermee zeggen ze. Nou dat zijn ze dus niet... Nadat ik daar al 10 min aan de balie stond te discussiëren was mij bon aan de beurt voor bereiding, of dat ik deze nu alsnog wel wilde hebben. Omdat het eten nu al ruim 2 uur op zich had laten wachten en zicht op geld terug steeds moeilijker werd gemaakt heb ik gevraagd dan aub op te schieten en me mijn eten mee te geven, hier kwam het volgende probleem.. 'Ik weet niet of ik het zo wel aan u mee mag geven, de bezorger zit hier namelijk te wachten om de bestelling weg te brengen'. En die zat daar inmiddels ook al bijna 1,5 uur te wachten. Toen brak mij klomp, of je geeft mij nu mijn eten mee en lijkt maar hoe je dit met de bezorger regeld of ik wil nu mijn geld terug! In de tijd die ik daar aan de balie heb staan verdoen heb ik met zeker 4 bezorgers staan praten die hier allemaal het zelfde zeggen, waardeloze bedrijfsvoering! We wachten hier gemiddeld minimaal een uur op het eten voor we het kunnen bezorgen en het interesseerd ze geen reet. Conclusie, wij bestellen nooit meer bij KFC Venlo! Van een service en oplossingsgericht bedrijf kan je hier niet spreken. Wij kunnen er niks aan doen, de verantwoordelijkheid licht bij de tussenpersoon (thuisbezorgd) hoor je hier alleen maar, en proberen om dan nog iets als compensatie goed te maken hoef je hier zeker niet te verwachten. #KFC #VENLO #FAIL #GEENEMPATHIE #THUISBEZORGD #KANSLOOS Tip voor de manager, als je niet service gericht kan denken, een klein beetje empathie kan tonen, niet in oplossingen kan denken en niet met mensen om kan gaan kan ik je adviseren om aan een productielijn te gaan staan. @KFC VENLO als jullie het niet aankunnen trek de stekker bij de...

Sorry but they don't know nothing about their work. Where is manager? I have to check if they give me good order ALWAYS because personel can't count and see no difference between 5 wings and 6 wings. Maybe they should go back to school? I was here three times and ALWAYS something is wrong. Once I get, I dont know really what it was but propably meat from burger instead of strips. Second time I was waiting 30 minutes for small order. But I wasn't bored because I had fun looking like every client going back to personel to show them that they forget give something. Really, personel was giving wrong orders, too much, too less, icecream instead of fries ect. I get ONLY cold fries but resr was good. Well, here its like win. Last time I understood that personel don't know what they should put to meal. I always order the same. Hot wings MEAL + coleslaw and sometimes strips. I always get hot wings, cola, fries and coleslaw as "take a side". This time they didnt gave me fries because "You order meal with coleslaw" aha. Arguments that "I always take this and have fries" and "But even on my bill you have write coleslaw with price"...
