On Monday, July 21, 2026, at 20:58, I visited the Burger King drive-thru in Vlaardingen. I ordered two loose Whoppers , one regular and one veggie. I waited approximately 8 to 10 minutes in the drive-thru. When the order finally came, I told my brother, who was in the car with me, that the food wasn’t even hot, it was slightly cold.
The regular Whopper had an odd taste, and the meat was a bit bitter. Although I still ate it, I was concerned about its freshness. I gave the veggie Whopper to my daughter, who normally loves it. After a few bites, she said the patty was very hard. I tasted it myself and agreed, it was tough and unpleasant. Just two minutes later, she didn’t want to eat it anymore, so I asked her to throw it away.
This is the second time I’ve experienced poor food quality from this location. The last time was through Thuisbezorgd, and although I received a refund, it’s disappointing to see the same issue again.
It truly hurts to spend hard-earned money on food that’s cold, stale, and not fresh. As loyal customers, we expect better standards. Burger King needs to monitor this location more closely to ensure quality control. Problem: we ordered two item in promotion app. The worker asked if we had two account. I said one for now, because of the hassle. The worker said one item one account, and rushed us to next step. In the end we said two account and the worker made such big deal about it. Again with bad attitude.
We got the manager involved with it. I just said alright and left, but definitely ruined the mood. I saw that both the worker and manager were headache so it’s best not to argue. Not coming here again. I just wanted the burger and simple small interaction.

The food is not an issue, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The high chairs for children are always dirty and sticky. The restroom has an unbearably unpleasant odor. The floors in the dining area are covered in stains, and shoes stick to them. Tables and chairs are also sticky and dirty. This is the case in every one of your locations. Is it really so difficult to at least disinfect the high chairs? They are unpleasant to touch.
