My wife and I are in Wageningen three times a year, and there are many things to like about the town. Near the top of the list are the truly amazing vegan salads we get at Restaurant Linnaeus. They are truly works of art, and as fantastic as they look, they are even better to eat. It is situated in Het Depot, a unique sculpture museum, and overlooking a spectacular garden/arboretum. Go for a stroll in it before or after your lunch. This place is a 100% 5-Star winner.

Heerlijk gegeten. In het Linnaeus restaurant. Heb de drankkaart en "kleine hapjes" bijgevoegd. Op de foto staat de foccacia met warme geitenkaas. Een aanrader👍. Daarnaast lindenbloesemthee. Er was veel leven in de brouwerij. Tafels gereserveerd. Stuk of 6 tafels bezet.
