First of all, the setting is absolutely stunning. The castle and surrounding nature make it feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale. The outdoor seating is spacious and peaceful, and the whole atmosphere is really something special.

The service was excellent - super friendly and helpful throughout the evening.

We especially loved the entrée China x Mexico - a creative fusion dim sum with so many layers of flavor. It was genuinely impressive. For dessert, both the rich chocolate mousse and the champagne mess were fantastic. We also really enjoyed the rosé wine, and the overall wine selection was solid.

If I had to point out one thing, it would be the main course. The steak and the fish were good, but not quite at the same level as the rest. They just didn’t have that same wow factor. I think there’s definitely potential there though, given how great the other dishes were.

The service was superb! The first dishes were delicious: scallops and goose or duck liver. Also the paired wines were great! The main course was beyond disappointing: the deer was very chewy and the sides (apparently the Asian touch) were odd. The team was exceptional and responded very well to our feedback. Everything was corrected or taken care off. Unfortunately the disappointment of the main course contributed to a big part of the experience.
