La Cubanita Weert — Restaurant in Weert

First visit to the Cubanita Weert……

The concept involves 1 person in your party having to order everyone’s food via the mobile, round after round. Being part of a family of 6 this isn’t handy because 1 person is always using their phone. Everyone may order 2 tapas dishes at one time (within 1 round). Between orders you have to wait 10 minutes until you can place another order. When the food arrives it is placed by one person seated on the table and therefore you need to share it out yourself.

Beer types Brand, Witbier, Sol, Desperados or alcohol free.White Wine is Sauvignon bland, Chardonnay, Rose, Red Wine is Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

This concept takes the nice vibes out of dining out. Approximately 20 euro per person on a Sunday to Thursday to participate in the tapas. Dessert has to be paid for separately and the drink also has to be paid for seperately. Food includes Calamari, chicken wings mushrooms etc straight out of the freezer into the microwave I am guessing. In my opinion was just not very nice food.

La Cubanita is a very attractive tapas-restaurant in downtown Weert. Ordering the tapas is done by smartphone. This works extremely well and the (per round) 2 dishes are served quickly. These tapas are of excellent quality and very tasty. There is more than enough choice for evening-filing dinning, and the all-in price is very decent. All in all, we will definitely go back again....

Parkeren dichtbij is vaak een probleem. Vaak best wel druk maar dat komt waarschijnlijk omdat het eten dara ook goed is. Reserveren is een aanrader wedreom i v m drukte. Het is best een grote ruimte maar ik vind het daar gew2eldig omdat het geluid veel gedempt wordt dus een rustige akoestiek en dat draagt were bij aan de gehele sfeer met zijn schemerige verlichting. Bestellen doe je daar via QR code en app en gaat best wel makkelijk, mocht je het niet snappen dan kan je dat gewoon vragen aan het personeel. En dat personeel dat lopt daar best veel rond zodat de klanten aardig vlot worden voorzien van hun bestelde tapas. Voor echt goedkoop eten en drinken moet je daar niet zijn maar je kan alsnog voor een redelijk bedrag zoveel eten als je wil, drinken en toetje wordt extra in rekening gebracht. Rolstoeltoegangkelijk, ja, en er is 1 invalideparkeerplaats nog geen 50 meter vanaf de ingang, met wat geluk is deze plek vrij. Wil je eens een keer lekker tapas gaan eten dat is La Cubanita Weert zeker...
