The room was spacious enough for two people, featuring a comfortable double bed with firm mattresses, warm duvets, and spotless cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom amenities – the shower gel and shampoo were probably the most fragrant and high‑quality I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. On the downside, the hotel has no elevator, and the narrow, spiral staircase made it almost impossible for me to carry two heavy suitcases (21 kg and 8 kg) on my own. I also missed having brighter lighting in the room. The lamps provide only a very soft, warm light, which creates a cozy effect but is not ideal for makeup, especially with the darker interior design. The restaurant, however, was an absolute highlight – beautifully decorated with plenty of cozy corners, nice views, and greenery. The open kitchen added a sense of homely comfort, and I was truly impressed by the staff who were willing to prepare an excellent meal even after they had officially stopped cooking around 8:30 p.m.Overall, it is a charming and welcoming place with a warm atmosphere. While some practical aspects could be improved, the hospitality and unique character make it a...

Arrived after a long drive and the room I had reserved was already checked into.

The staff quickly checked and it seems it was an accidental error. Not a problem as they had other rooms. Rather than give me a room of the same standard they upgraded me to a suite free of charge.

Had an evening meal in the restaurant and was very impressed.

One important thing to mention. THEY DO NOT HAVE A MENU IN English.

With Google translate it was easy for me to check and translate the menu.

The waiter did some back after a fewoments to translate each dish. Very good service.

The food was exception. Only let down was the Fries! However can't really complain about that...

After staying in 10 hotels in 3 weeks, this came out on top for friendliness , service and value for money. We thought we needed to leave early so the wonderful owner prepared a breakfast to take away and what a breakfast it was! Turned out we could have breakfast and we had it for lunch on the ferry, it was superb. The real breakfast was even better! Great coffee and service. It was very hot in our room but massive fans were provided which were perfect as was the room. Lovely spots to have breakfast inside and out and a conservatory. The owner was so welcoming , even at 10.30 at night and we will definitely return and recommend...

Great little restaurant. Very accomplished food. The mustard soup was the perfect balance of salty sweet sour and bitter. Steak was nice if not amazing but the silky cauliflower puree was sublime. And I've never had a better cooked melted middle chocolate pudding. The value for mid week meal was extremely good. I'm very pleased I found this place hidden away behind the busier larger restaurants lining the main streets. They deserve to be full every night.
