Heinde Naaldwijk — Restaurant in Westland

Great place to have dinner. NOTE that you need a phone (w internet) to order your food! My mum's phone wasn't able to scan the QR code for some reason so best check one phone in your party is able to. The restaurant is run very smooth and streamlined. You order through the app and get your food delivered with a minimum of 15 minute gap in between orders. The food was lovely, though some dishes were still a bit mediocre in taste. Also not living up to the image of the dishes on the order page. For instance the trout was but a child's phalanx, the rendang wasn't up to taste like a in a toko, but this is nitpicking a bit. Overall the food is excellent. Sometimes it can take a while, if it's crowded, for your order(s) to arrive. Staff is friendly, some seem quite new and young but do a good job...

I've spend way to much money in this building before! Now it's not a bar anymore, but an all you can taste and drink restaurant. The interior has many features left from when it was a bar.. It's nice to feel home again.

You can order as many dishes as many times as you can eat.. All small portions and some very tasty other ones not so much. There is a choice out of 70 small dishes so there is always enough you would like.

Service is friendly, food comes out in OK speed, so are the drinks.

It's just a little to dark inside if you asked me.

Wat een blunder was dit. Bij aankomst hebben wij een welkomsdrankje bijgeboekt. Hier stonden glazen voor en toen wij attendeerde dat wij dit hadden besteld kregen we de opmerking: “en wat is nou je vraag precies?!”. Niet erg welkomend. Eten was allemaal prima/matig, duurde lang en bestellingen werden geannuleerd. Aan het einde van de avond wilde ik een chocomelk bestellen. Gastvrouw Danielle antwoordde hierop: “je ziet er niet uit als 14… chocomelk is alleen voor kinderen.” Na de discussie gevoerd te hebben stond Danielle achter haar punt dat het niet kan dat een volwassenen chocomelk besteld omdat dan de “hele toko” chocomelk besteld en de kinderen dan niks hebben en dat is zielig en zou allemaal door mijn ene chocomelk komen. Ik legde me erbij neer en bestelde wat anders. Eindstand kreeg ik een chocomelk voor mijn neus met de opmerking: “nou gelukkig?!”. Klantvriendelijkheid bij mijn plaatselijke Lidl ligt nog hoger. De sfeer hierdoor bleef een soort van ongemakkelijk en ik zou hier NOOIT meer opnieuw eten. Je betaald best wat maar bij mij staat omgang met andere mensen hoog aan het lijstje en ik voelde me hier helemaal niet gewenst. Misschien een babbeltje wagen met het personeel waar dit op deze avond mis ging. Andere meiden in de bediening waren trouwens wel vriendelijk...
