We went for a drink and a snack on a sunny autumn day, so we sat outside. Right away we received very unfriendly service and a snotty attitude (not just once but every time the waitress came to our table.)
Her overall attitude was unfriendly to more customers, but if they don't mention it, it will sadly just continue.
Ice cubes weren't available, but 5 minutes later the table opposite got served with ice cubes in their beverages. This was weird, but we decided not to say anything.
Then when we made a request for an extra sauce to come with the fries for our kids, we were told we should go to a snack-bar if we want any other sauces than mayo or ketchup.
Whilst paying the bill the manager asked if everything was ok, I explained what happened, he said that he had no problem with his crew acting like this and he has enough customers anyway; so he is not going to do anything about this.
What a shame. Well he just lost us...

Thus, there were many fruitflies which indicates that something’s are not so good cleaned. Our first course was quick and nice: borrel mix. The main dish we took the pirri pirri chicken and the hamburger. The chicken dish was good, chicken was good cooked. The hamburger was less, it was blend, no taste at all. The portions were good. Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. You have to order and pay everything in advance via QR code at your table. If you want your starter first and main later, you're forced to make two separate payments — ridiculous.
I ordered a steak for €30.50, and what I got was honestly disgusting. It looked like roadkill and was so tough I couldn’t even cut through it, let alone chew it. I told the staff it was inedible, and they offered to replace it. I chose a burger instead (€15.50), and asked for the price difference back. They refused.
I then asked to speak to the manager. He wouldn’t even come to our table — said I had to go inside if I wanted to speak to him. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
The food was disgusting, the service was arrogant, and the whole experience was a waste of money. This place might have potential, but not with this kind of management and kitchen. Absolutely not...
