Mama Mia — Restaurant in Wormerland

I’ve never experienced worse service! Delivery was listed as 60–90 minutes. After 90 minutes I called to ask where my order was, and the restaurant told me it was on the way, so I waited another half an hour. After 2 hours I called again because I still didn’t have my food, and the restaurant told me that I should be outside in 10 minutes because the courier would arrive. I waited outside for 15 minutes, called again, and the man on the phone told me I should come eat at the restaurant instead!!! So I came in person, and he argued with me, claiming that the courier had already arrived. Yes, he arrived — after 3 hours!! No one called me, and they tried blaming my phone number because it’s not Dutch. Interesting how they suddenly were able to call me later.

Never, absolutely never again! And of course the pizza was cold, and for that price it...

Stayed in Wormer for a night whilst on a cycling trip. This simple cafe produced delicious pizzas with plentiful toppings plus a spaghetti bolognaise to satisfy hungry cyclists. The staff were so friendly too. Highly recommend for good value...
