The absolute worst company structure and customer service I have EVER encountered... The store owner wont take responsibility (ASSENDELFT), the customer service that the issue was raised up with won't take responsibility. I am now minus over €70 over 2 separate occasions that the website wrongly posted the order to the incorrect store. When calling store they refuse to refund as it is quote "Not their problem, and is the fault of the Site".
Even when posted to the wrong store, the store did NOT even have the curtesy to call and inform that they received the order and it was directed wrong. They just IGNORED! it - When calling the store 1 hour later (ASSENDELFT) all that was said was "We aren't going to make your order, you have to order at IJMUIDEN"
The first encounter my partner ordered from the site for a family member that was terminally ill, which never arrived and due to the personal circumstances no other action was taken apart from ringing the store and requesting a refund. Which NEVER happened from ASSENDELFT.
The more recent but still UNRESOLVED order was placed by myself on 23/05/23 it is now 04/07/23 and absolutely nothing has been done about either of these issues. Again no call received from ASSENDELFT that this was in fact wrongly forwarded and the same response of "We aren't going to make your order, you have to order at IJMUIDEN" - This was then followed up by contacting the store several times and numerous emails to refund on this occasion over €30. The store owner took no responsibility into this and forward the matter onto NYP main office, to which questions were asked and then was informed that this will be forwarded to the store owner.

Bel ik de vestiging, ok wordt geannuleerd. Prettige avond nog! Tjonge maar zit wel met 2 kinderen al 1.5 uur te wachten op niks, geen oplossing, geen tegemoetkoming niks. Hoe kan je daarnaast ook nog eens meer dan twee maanden lang geen lente uitjes hebben? Inconsistente kwaliteit ook. De ene keer enorm veel tomatensaus die alles overheerst, de andere keer druipt het van het vet.
