This is the nicest pizza place I've been to since living here in Holland!! The previous reviewer said the pizzas are oily, but that's because they add some garlic oil to the base after its baked. You can always ask for this to be left off. Real pizza isn't totally chock-a-block with ingredients, so these pizzas are thin and with some delicious toppings. I really recommend the pizza fungi! Juices were delicious too. You can taste that it's all organic. We started with the anti-pasti. Delicious dips.
The restaurant itself isn't fully finished, but that adds to it's charm. Service is friendly and you can easily see into the kitchen which is fun for kids. Kids are well catered for here btw. Maybe an idea to add a couple of kid pizza options? Smaller sizes for example? My kids ate their pizzas and loved them.
And the prices are good! €10 for an organic pizza? Sold!

Tucked away restaurant behind the central station, finally a place were they have no background music. All over the ingredients are bio and vegan. you will be suprised about the quality, tasty and surprising combinations. We have tried the excellent Kombucha and gruner Veltliner wine. Shortly this a real delight restaurant concept. Service super friendly...

Heel lekker pizza gegeten bij Biopizza in Zutphen. Waarom dan maar 2 sterren? Eigenlijk was 1 ster al te veel voor de service die er bij werd geleverd. 2x werd er een verkeerd drankje bezorgd (echt niet al het 0% bier is radler!, Ginger bier is iets heel anders dan bitter lemon!). Na 1 uur was het eten nog niet geserveerd, bij navraag werd dit aan de ossobuco geweten maar volgens de kaart was de bereidingstijd daarvan 20 minuten. Weer even later het bericht dat per ongeluk maar 1 van de 2 ossobuco's was bereid en het dus nog eens 20 minuten ging duren. Uit ellende (kleine kinderen aan tafel) maar een extra pizza besteld i.p.v. de ossobuco. Toen het eten uiteindelijk kwam was de ossobuco zonder alle groentes die op de menu foto stonden (en inderdaad niet in de omschrijving werden vermeld). Zoals gezegd waren de pizza's wel heel lekker. Na klagen werden er een aantal nagerechten van de rekening afgehaald. Waar het nou mis ging, geen idee. Druk was het in ieder geval niet toen wij kwamen. Wellicht teveel aandacht voor bezorging en te weinig voor gasten in...
