I was very disappointed with the customer service at Evelina's in Otara on 28/08/24. A word of advice to the owner: your staff should understand that all customers should be served on a first-come, first-served basis, rather than choosing who they want to serve. Traveling through Auckland, decided to stop at my old stop (Fill Ur Tum), not in a hurry, decided to go for a stroll, and came across this yummy atmosphere, staff were amazing, and dressed to impress, food looked devine, and taste delicious!
