Total Customer service and satisfaction focus was not displayed at this time i visited... i had to use the self serve station to order my meal which was daunting to use when your use to face to face service. I succeeded in my quest but was disappointed by the many Indian (being descriptive no racial slur implied) enployees serving at that time that didnt provide that simple service. NO it wasn't busy...1 of them could've order take...but then you have to be a total customer service satisfaction focused person... The waiting time in line...may have risen to 5mins unlike in my days it was 60 seconds to assemble a order and to be serving the next person...if this doesn't occur...well it's the employee being lazy to provide the service that Mcdonalds set out... My CS skills was always of nice natured...fast speed n accurate...clean n tidy work ethics at all times... If you got time to LEAN you got time to CLEAN... that meme no longer applies too...ppl talking n playing in slow periods rather than immediately cleaning or reverting to their secondary jobs..to maintain a clean and sanitized work stations at...

Supervisors on shift need to make staff put ice in the drinks automatically unless its stated also stop making pre drinks for the rush hour yet when its gone quiet and they have been sitting there for a while by the time you hand them out they are not even cold and fizzy very annoying as it always happens then I have to jump out just to change it myself also need to fill the fries more by the time you place it in the bag it sinks down and clearly shows theres not enough in it and also making sure the fries are hot sick of always parking up to wait to find the fries are warm and also can you keep an eye on your timers very annoying when I ask for a chicken bacon deluxe burger and the pattie is fresh but the bacon is always old and crusty like theres no point in it common guys like really! Lastly every time I go through the drive thru I notice you always have a trainee giving out the orders please make sure you actually train them properly in double checking there orders when giving them out because 8 out of 10 times Im always getting something wrong...

I always have to go here because its close. Would give yous a no star if i could. Always a problem with something in our order. Fries are always unseasoned even when you ask them to season them. Ordered a coffee from drive thru and had to throw it away because it tasted like mud water so bloody guttered i didnt taste it when i was still there in drive thru i wouldve chucked it in there face. freakn make food and drink the way you will like to eat and drink it. Just ordered a legends box and lucky i checked because there were no nuggets. Came home and all the drinks were flat as. like they were drinks that were sitting on the bench the whole day from mistakes on orders or something and thought they will give them to me. The fries were all old.Even when i try go manukau its still the same. Getting on my damn nerves with you guys wasting my time and money. Cant even get a decent meal and the prices are bloody expensive. Its Like yous ever have fresh fries or...
