It was with great delight that I read on the menu that if you have dietary concerns to speak to the staff. I was astounded and intimated when enquired about the ingredients for your gluten free options by the chef. Later while eating our meal I hear her yelling using profanities to the kitchen staff. Visited this rural tavern with some friends for drinks and a meal in their bar on a Thursday evening. The place was fairly busy with locals socialising and playing pool. Friendly staff and a warm log fire giving a welcoming atmosphere. Meals can be eaten in bar area or dining area at south end of bar. LOVELY bar staff, but it was a shame about the rude chef and kitchen staff who had no manners! Asked about gluten free options and got yelled at, could then here the chef yelling in the kitchen!
