Hills Road Bakery & Coffee — Restaurant in Christchurch

I'm a truck driver in Canterbury so it's safe to say I know of the good bakerys lol and this one I would on quality price and selection would be the best bakery in Canterbury I had the steak and mushroom pie the other delicious had that awesome mushroom after taste had the bacon and egg one as well just as good only let down is the sausage rolls need more meat in them...

We've been living in the South island for a year now and have not been able to find a decent sausage roll or Pie at all in the South, HILLS BAKERY HAS BLOWN OUR MINDS!! The BEST pies and sausage rolls we've had in over a year, we're now planning on making another trip to the bakery before leaving ChCh. Also the BEST egg sandwiches I've ever had....

This establishment is worth travelling for. A friendly couple are very welcoming and offer the best service I have received from a bakery. The selection exceeds expectations and so does the product. Pies are affordable compared to similar pies elsewhere. The steak cheese and bacon sells out quickly but there’s enough options to satisfy....
