Warning this is a long rant! Unfortunately not a good experience, this has been my family local for years and never had an issue until tonight 19/12/2023. We ordered through the uber app, delivery was not completed. My daughter called Dominos to ask where our food was & the young man the phone said thay did not receive our order and we would need to drive there to prove we made an order. So in the car we go down to our local Domino's thinking once they see the order they will remedy the situation. Low and behold my daughter goes in store to speak to them and they double down to say the order was made in Auckland Nawton not Hamilton, based on my daughter's proof on her phone. My daughter comes out to me and tells me what they have said. So in I go in my PJs to speak to them myself, speaking to the lady on the front counter she proceeded to tell me we made the error and ordered at Domino's Auckland and there is nothing they can do. I had already googled if there was an Domino's based in Nawton Auckland and nope there is no such place. I ask the lady the prove to me there is such a place and ill apologize. She gets frustrated and sends a man out to speak to me. He also says we ordered in Auckland, I also ask him to prove this place exist & nope he can't. Next minute another employee walks past and says he handed our order to someone who was waiting in the waiting area. So here we go the story changes firstly our order didn't exist then we ordered from Auckland and now it was handed to someone waiting but not delivered to my address. So I tell them the story has changed 3 times so which story is the truth? So now they apologize and would like to know if we are happy to wait for them to cook our pizza's, nope we paid for the meal and delivery so they can DELIVER! They did offer a can of coke and a garlic bread for the hassel aka (lies). To which I accepted. I left words of encouragement before I walked out, TRAINING IS NEEDED! Domino's Nawton Hamilton do better, you have lost a customer who has enjoyed your service for years. FYI we did get our food in the end but did not enjoy it due...

Major mistake!!! 1st, the latest Dominoes website is a mishmash and very difficult to get what you want. But the pizzas! Order 60, 1/11/2022 I am not sure if one has to go to a special course to make such a bad offering but I suspect so. Bread uncooked and doughy. Cheese and Garlic - NO GARLIC Requested source ignored! Toppings almost non existent and loose. Cheese dry and crusty. It seems that cheese can be incinerated, but the bread left limp and flacid. Must be a special process. The last review of one year ago by Karen says it all. No improvement and certainly a place to avoid. Its almost an insult to the rubbish bin to threw it in as we have done. But my pizza arrived 15 minutes late, which I didn't mind, I've waited much longer for delivery meals before, and it's late evening. But when I got it, half the PB beef crumbles were burnt and crunchy, the pizza had almost no sauce or vegan cheese, it was just basically the crumbles and onion on the crust, and the crust was undercooked, so the slicing tool didn't manage to cut through properly, and I just had to tear chunks off of it instead.
