We Have had two previous bad experience related to service and delay but returned due mainly to food quality. But today (13 May 2018) we had our worst dine in experience at the Huntington branch.

We believe the popularity has gone through their head and they might have taken return patronage for granted!!! There was a huge delay in serving the food, then the order got mixed up. By the time everything came to our table, all curries were ice cold and rice had gone hard!!! At least two families left half way through their meal because of the chaos!!! There was also a long queue to collect takeaway orders and there was nowhere for people to wait!! When one family got their takeaway order after about 1.15 hours all the diners clapped!!

We did not enjoy the meal or the chaos at all. We wasted our money today. The quality was poor too.

Unfortunately, we are not going back!!

I must add that the Manager Mr Sharma is a nice man and very polite. It seems his hands are tied because of severe resource shortage. He did give us some discount today but that...

Updating my 3 year old 5 star review. I was a very regular customer of this place, eating here at least once a week and recommending it to all my friends and family.

Manager changed last year and both the service and food have taken a turn for the worst. The new manager lacks basic customer service skills. Last time i picked up my food the waitress didnt even acknowledge me waiting at the counter as she kept bringing food out to people seated. Another patron who had finished his food had to make alot of noise to get attention so he could pay his bill and leave. Tonight i went to order my food over the phone to be told "Chefs special currys cant be ordered as a combo" Your menu states ANY chicken, beef or lamb curry. I suggest if you are going to be so rude about it then you make sure your marketing materials are correct. Needless to say i hung up and have ordered my food...

Dined in with my wife and kids and the short waitress seemed very rude and not eager to serve us.. took forever to bring the water when we asked for it from the start even though we were the only ones in the vicinity. when asked nicely about how the food was taking forever, she told us in a not very good manner to "just wait for it". I have never experienced this kind of customer service ever, it disgusts me and am very disappointed.
