Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

I ordered some pizza by phone at 5 pm to pick up at 5.30. Order was taken and confirmed. I get to the shop at 5.30 and told the guy at the counter my name and order number, he does not say hello or any greetings, he looks in the oven and asks for the name again and then comes to the counter and starts serving another customer while I am standing there, after he served the customer I asked him again for my pizza, he says that he is looking and goes to the back counter and starts putting pizza into boxes, I asked him again for my order, he does not reply, I than ask another person and again no reply, I am being totally ignored, this goes for 15 minutes, I than asked for my money as I was not given my pizza, again no one answered, finally after 20 minutes another guy comes into the kitchen and they all have a chat , than one of the staff goes and looks into the oven and gives me my pizza and told me to go, this is after 20 minutes of rude behaviour from Pizza Hut staff and also no apology was given, common Pizza Hut be nice...

Disgusting service tonight. I ordered online an hour before I planned to pickup on my way to a meeting. Plenty of time for them to make a simple pizza. Apparently not. When I arrived there my pizza wasn't ready (that didn't bother me), I was told they had a big order but my pizza will only be a couple more minutes. So I wait.......and wait.......and wait. While I'm waiting several staff members ask my name and order, they then go check before saying it's almost done.

45 MINUTES AFTER I ARRIVE I am now running extremely late for the meeting.

The supervisor checks to see where my order is.........still at the prep station not even beginning to be prepared!!!! THAT IS OVER 2 HOURS SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER!!! I tell them I'm going, they give my money back, no sorry for the slack service, no sorry for not having a dinner for you and your colleagues, no sorry for keeping you so long, NO NOTHING

Been multiple times, have had multiple orders wrong where the manager has sorted it out sometimes but other times have been told too bad oh well. but too many times now, turning up to collect an order and they have done nothing even though the order was placed at mid day for collection at 05:45pm... Asked why nothing was done and was given the answer, "oh, well oh well sorry", when asked to see the manger because this is a reoccurring thing that constantly keeps happening and is not on for a business providing food and services to a community and people. Only two young blokes behind the counter with horrible attitudes and not really looking like they want to be there. Was given the option of waiting up to 30min for the original order to be completed, or to go somewhere else very firmly. Extremely disappointed..... Wonder if the manager or someone will make contact after this review......
