This place is a popular place for a few of my friends to hang out and have boba. Plenty of parking available and located in a good spot. Went for the first time and it's just such a cute and mellow vibe. They have a few seats and tables available and also have a corner with board games and cards to use for free. Cute cushions and good service. The boba I had was the coffee smoothie. First time trying, it was good besides the many jelly pieces that were inside the drink. Real cute space to chill out. There's boardgames available for you to hang out with friends. I came here for their boba and bubble waffles and let me tell you their bubble waffles were on point. They have ice cream as their topping and so what I love about their bubble waffles is that they're a bit crunchier and so when the ice cream melts when you get to the last bits, it stays in shape and not mushy - I really really appreciate that 🤩 Been here twice and got the mango and oreo bubble waffle and both times we got some crunchy yummy delicious bubble waffle and didn't go soggy 👌 surely this was intentional...

The girl who works here is VERY rude and mean! Very bad customer service skills, I don't even know why she does this job if she's going to embarrass herself by being so impertinent.

Ordered a yogurt drink, it said it was large, but we were given it in a regular boba cup, so they ripped us off. The taro milk tea was flavourless and grainy, and compared to Hulu Cat, the cream cheese was very salty.

Definitely won't be back! Go to Hulucat down the road if you want bubble tea, they have good customer service and they don't...
