By far the worst customer service I've had. The lady doing my order was rude and to top that off her coworker cuts her off in the middle of taking my order "ANY DRINKS OR COOKIES WITH THAT". Couldn't wait for the other lady to finish my sub. Then asked what flavour cookies I want "sorry don't have that, sorry don't have that either I just put them in the oven". Maybe for future reference start with "just letting you know we don't have this flavour of cookies available. We have A, B and C flavours". Look like you both hate your jobs or just hate people in general. Won't be coming back any time soon. Hope you learn what customer service is in future ๐
EDITED: Things have changed alot since my last ordeal with pervious workers. The new staff are lovely and friendly and always making my subs the way I love it. Thank you guys for giving really great customer service. Keep up the great...

But I won't be returning for a while, have frequented 3 times over last 2 months, and have noticed the salad items are tired and brown, tomatoes flowery etc. I can understand that it is tough at the moment with things being alot quieter, and need to save costs, but at what expense.
