McDonald's Kaikohe — Restaurant in Kaikohe-Hokianga Community

Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Went through the drive thru and have never waited so looooooong, from entering the drive thru until I got my food was 17minutes When the food came out the staff had no friendly service, she just leans out the window pretty much those the bags at me and says here's your food.

The 🍔🍔 were sloppy and the patties were dry and grey looking, waaaaaaaay to much sauces, 🍟🍟 soggy and and only half full in container, the hash brown was so undercooked it was still cold. There was a 🥤misssing.

I realize that they must be busy in there but they still must do the job they are paid to do, Truly truly...

Made a big order and they had forgotten a quarter pounder in my meal I called them and was told that next time I'm there just say my name and number and give staff my details, I went through the drive through did another big order then at the window asked for my quarter pounder, and wow the response I got was so disgusting like I was trying to get a free burger after already purchasing a big order, apparently it wasn't written in their book but yeah so I left without my burger which pissed me off and I'll be avoiding this establishment as much as I can otherwise I won't be leaving till I've checked everything is there every...

Popped into the drive through to feed my sons addition to a Mcflurry and a milkshake, after he had a hard fought game of football at Bledisloe football grounds, Haruru, only to find we had to detour back through Kaikohe to head south due to an accident.
