Burger King Bader Drive — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

By far the worse customer service ever. I've had a few incidents with this place and the girls that work there have a disgusting attitude and do not know how to work well under pressure. I drove into drive through and no one greeted me so I thought the box wasn't working so I drove to the window. When I got to the window the worker told me I had to place my order at the box and I said yeah well I was waiting there and no one said anything, she then replied with it's only been a minute. I told her that no one said anything for that minute so I assumed it wasn't working, no one greeted me. She then said yes because she was busy, I basically said that wasn't my problem and she could have said hello I'll be with you shortly to save us the confusion. She then rolled her eyes and said place your order as if it were my fault.

Another incident over there was my family and I waited 40mins for our food, as they were serving customers from drive through us at the restaurant had to wait. While I was waiting, one of the girls were packing chicken nuggets for drive through orders with no gloves on. When I complained about waiting so long they kept giving excuses yet I gave them my receipt because apparently their system was down and still no food. I went to get a refund and the girl that i was talking to wanted to argue then started getting annoyed yet it was my right to get my money refunded as I did not have the product. We ended up getting our food after a long wait and that's by far the worse customer service I've...

Everytime on my payday and after work I would go here as a treat every week I always laugh at myself. But the place is always clean, staffs are helpful with your order. Toilets are sometimes clean. Cheap on App as well as you can claim your reward and not pay for anything if you use your Burger King App. It's a must and its cheap as well. You can claim the redeem code for what you want to order. I always do that when I go in. But they don't enter in the code for you to earn your rewards that's the only thing about them. The only one that claims your code is Mangere East Burger King, Otahuhu Burger King etc etc. But not this place. But for the Burger King App you must always choose and redeem it at counter but you must pay as well, than the counter person will have to type in your code that you have on your phone it comes in a blue line with numbers, thats your code for them to redeem it, if they don't you can always ask them to...

The food is always good here, but it's the people that come by there that make it ghetto. Ive been here many times and staff are wonderful but I had like 5 issues with homeless people. The first time, someone was stationed near the pay window asking for coins, the other time I was ordering at the speaker when a Caucasian man asked for gas money to go back to Palmerton North. I was brought up there so when I asked what suburb that he was from, he didn't know. Another incident happened when I decided to feed my kids inside burger King and some homeless guy just walked in, didn't buy anything and went straight to the fill machine. I mean I love that refill drink machine but there needs to be ways that it recognises the burger King bottles... good luck, will still be coming here but management check in with your staff if they okay or what's being done to prevent incidents like that....
