What a terrible experience! It has been a hot day, and I asked if there might be a dog bowl for our small, non obtrusive little dog. We had ordered a hearty lunch. The girl on the counter said I could find the bowl outside. I said if it was dirty, which I suspected it would be, could she please refill it. I took it in to be washed and refilled and the older lady working here kicked it out the door and said we handle food, we can't touch that! I said, but it's your dog bowl, shouldn't you be able to wash it and refill it? To which she said no! I commenced washing it out from a glass of water I got from inside and was told I could not do that as that water cost them money. We will not be coming back ever again.
