I was here for coffee this morning, ordered a large Mocha and an extra large Cappuccino (cost $10). The cafe shares a space with the showroom; it has a nice warm laidback feel to it, comfortable enough. There’s a couch in the corner with a box of toys and a plastic bbq which kept my toddler entertained while I enjoyed my nice coffee. Toys are always a draw card for me, especially when I’m with my little people. There seems to be amenities that can facilitate a wheelchair, but I’m not sure if I seen a change table in there. Confusion with a contact number left us in the dark for a week which led to a bad start. But then when we contacted them the manager (Kendall) took charge delivered the equipment immediately and gave a useful cooking tip (nice touch). Follow up consequently was good and he wants to know his staffs shortfalls to improve service to match premium products offered from Zink Ltd.
