I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent visit to your restaurant on Saturday. Despite the busy atmosphere, the front of house manager and chefs did an outstanding job in providing delicious food and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

I was particularly impressed by the seamless coordination between the front of house staff and manager in handling orders efficiently. The young lady and manager deserve special recognition for their excellent teamwork.

However, I must address a recent review involving one of your delivery partners dasher as I believed which I witnessed , Venkant. Unfortunately, his rudeness towards waiting for order pick up left a negative impression on Manager and restaurants. I believe it is important to provide feedback directly to delivery partners rather than publicly rating the restaurant based on their personal behavior and tiredness.

I urge all customers to be patient and understanding as restaurants like these are working tirelessly to meet everyone's needs. It is essential to consider this before leaving public reviews that may not accurately reflect the overall experience at Aroma India Silverstream.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Aroma India Silverstream for its exceptional food quality and service excellence. I look forward to returning soon for another delightful dining experience.

Admittedly walked in 30 mins before closing on a Saturday night - to be told could not be served because they’ve been very busy and cannot do anymore. Is this new hospitality etiquette? You close at 930, you advertise on the shop window you are open - you let us wait 5 mins before you come and tell us that you cannot accommodate us? You obviously don’t understand what being in business let alone restaurants or hospitality is about. Suggestion - educate your staff on how to deliver customer service and hospitality. If they can’t serve customers because they are tired…or you can’t - then question why you are in business. Declining prospective business can be done with more grace and humility…. You don’t deserve to be in Silverstream….I’ll let Our friends know that regularly dine with you that referred you to...

Wow, absolutely astounded at the whole experience. Amazing service from a lovely young girl and very nice Indian man. The food was more than 5stars. garlic naan bread is best in the Hutt valley and upper Hutt region by far. Soft, crispy amazing flavour. The butter chicken and mango chicken are phenomenal. Delicious sauces. Succulent Spiced marinated chicken pieces. Raita was sweet and tasty. There was nothing I could fault here. Finished with Gulab Juman. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend. And definitely coming back. We dined in and we're greated with peanuts. I would drive from Petone to take my family and friends here. If you don't like this place you don't like good cuisine....
