Domino's Pizza Tawa — Restaurant in North Island

Overall Dominos Tawa standards are slipping.

This time the chap taking my order still had the blue food prep gloves on while entering my order, then handed me the EFTPOS machine, mmmm, nice.... Image how many people have handled the EFTPOS and now this chap is going to make my and your pizza's... Yummy...

Not sure anyone has given this dude the food hygiene run down...

Time to try out Pizza hut Tawa...

(last review) Every now and then you are up for a pizza. So off to Dominos we go.

Rocked up to Dominos Tawa, stood at the window to order, staff walk past window a couple of times, saw me standing there, made eye contact. Waited.....

Anyway after a few moments......

Someone rocked, up, placed my order (had to repeat it about 5 times just for two pizzas).

Now this is the one star part. Seen this done before and for those hygiene folk, look away.

The staff member was wear the gloves they use to add the toppings on the pizza, mmmm yummy, there was pizza etc on the mouse and keyboard as well as the EFTPOS device, nice...

Great hygiene practices here, oh, yes they weren't wearing a hair net (long hair), so you get the bonus piece of hair in your pizza, yummy, so you can eat and floss at the same time..... Nice...

The standards of this place have really dropped....

Recommend buying else where or the classic...

It's been a long time since I last had Dominoes. With the new Tawa store that recently opened I figured I will give it a try.

I have been placing weekly orders and have so far been impressed with the speed of delivery and freshness of the food.

I am particularly impressed with the service we have gotten lately. The delivery driver doesn't seem to get lost when trying to find our house (unlike one particular courier company) and always has a great attitude. I recently made a stuff up with my order by ordering the wrong drink and the driver insisted on sorting this out for me. This act of kindness has forever cemented my loyality to dominos tawa. I had worked in hospitality for years and it's extremely rare to see that kind of initiative. I hope the owners of this store appreciate and reward this kind...

Not impressed at all placed and order online Thursday and there system crashed took my money but didn't place an my order I had to go to the shop as they didn't pick up the phone and had to pay again for my order I was told by the guy there if the money wasn't in my account by Friday to come back and ger a refund, so Saturday I went back and he didn't want to refund my $59 order he then said the owner would be in at 2pm and I said he can call me to sort this it's now past 6pm and no phone call and now out $60 not happy at all now placed a formal complaint with head office will change my review if I...
