I find the staff here incompetent to do their job efficiently. I placed an order online for pickup and proceeded in my wheelchair to collect it from the store. While waiting to be served (as I was the only one there) I noticed that there was two orders up on the display monitor, mine for pickup and the other for delivery. One staff member asked me what I would like and I said to her that I was here for a pickup order. As she tried to decipher between the two orders which one was for pickup, another staff member pointed out my order. In-between half packing my order she then started to pack up the other order, I assume that she was waiting on an item for my order. Not paying fully attention to what she was doing I didn't notice that she had bagged up the wrong order and gave it to me. Only by the time I got home and opened up the bag did I notice that I got the wrong order. I went back the next day and waited until 10 a.m. for when they are supposed to be open. It took me approximately 15 minutes before someone notice that I was sitting in my wheelchair by the glass doors. A staff member came to the glass doors and shouting through the glass doors I tried to explain to the staff member the mix-up of the two orders the day before. I tried to ask him to open the doors so that we can talk and not shout at each other through the glass doors, but he was unable to unlock the doors for some odd reason (maybe too early in the morning for the one lonely brain cell to function). After about 5 or so minutes of shouting through the glass doors and getting extremely frustrated I went around to the drive-thru service and sat there for about 10 minutes before someone opened and said that they were not open yet. Read moreWorst experience at 449 Cameron Road. Ordered hot v spicy bucket and wicked wings with 3 large sides and additional drinks. When I reached home found 2 hot n spicy original pieces and 2 wicked wings were missing. Food wasn’t going to be enough and was embarrassing as had friends for lunch. I called the store and Floyd the manager took the phone call. To my at most dissatisfaction, Floyd was very unprofessional and despite explaining she didn’t wanted to believe me and she remained defensive and supported her staff claiming they packed the food properly. Finally I said to Floyd that I am shocked at how she as a store manager handled my phone call and a small constructive feedback. After continuing to defend her staff and making me feel that I am lying, Floyd said that she will leave a note in some book so that I can go back later some time and get those missing pieces. I replied I am not interested in going back to the store to grab those missing pieces and the purpose of my phone call was purely to address what happened in the form of a feedback. I been to kfc tauranga today. It was such a bad experience. I was been served by patricia (1031) one of the staff member. It was not busy around 1:55pm.
Me and my partner were the first one. She was been talking with two guys for around five minutes but she knew we are there.
I dont have any issues with that.
As our meal arrived. We requested for tomato sauce and she throws tomato sauce towards us. she didnot even feel to put the tomato sauce in the tray.
MAIN THING SHE THROWS AT US.

I am working in Hospitality Industry from last three years as customer service is our first priority.
After that as we talked with Manager on duty. He asked her three- four times that girl to apologise for her mistake That girl I dont know why which attitude she was holding.
She didnot even say sorry.
Manager did said sorry. but we did return our meal back. As we were so upset.
DEFINITELY, We will never be back and will not recommend to our friends.
