Really sad how we were ignored when we walked in to sit down this morning. We picked a table, waited and then because I have two young children, I got up to order. When I was waiting, kids got up to look at salt and pepper figurines and were playing with them. I didnt want them to, but I was waiting in line. The cook promptly came out of the kitchen to tell my kids off and that " they are not toys." They came over to me in line and then a family walked in and took the last table that wasnt outside where we were trying to sit. We decided to leave because we no longer had a table and were not made to feel welcome. Girl at counter said we could come to take your order... well where were you? Or at least a "hi, how are you take a seat and we will be right with you." Customer service was really bad, and whenever ive gone in for work, the internet is super slow. Not coming back until things change. Id also like to note that Karen never apologises for poor experiences of any of her customers. she says sorry you feel that way. that'not actually an apology. It is very clear you have poor people skills and it's unfortunate you can not acknowledge your short comings. Take it on board learn and move on. this is not a platform for you to wield your battle axe. Customer service is half of...

Too busy and noisy for me. PS. In answer to owners question. Yes, it was Little Fed. My first time there, and probably my last, now I've had your reply. I go to some lovely cafés around the city. A buzz is good, but not too loud, bouncing off the walls. Better when you can hear what your friends are saying. And 3 mistaken orders on a table of 5 is just too hectic. Feedback is useful, no need for self defence mode, unless you just want people to say how...
Read moreI arrived, read the sign on the blackboard that stated " if you are dining in, please take a seat and wait to be served".
I entered, said good morning and went and sat in the courtyard. I waited, and waited, and waited sone more.....after having patiently waited for 15 mins with no sign of any staff, I got up and left saying goodbye on the way.
Times are incredibly tough for the hospitality sector due to the covid restrictions. Don't make it harder on yourself by ignoring your customers.
I'm giving a one star rating as zero isn't an option.
