We started off the day with a delicious breakfast at the restaurant at the Quarry Gardens 🍽 They don't have a big breakfast menu, but there are enough options for every taste bud 😋 They also have some delicious cabinet food and sweet treats 🍰 Even though it was quite busy, the staff were very attentive 👀 With the music 🎶 and all the people, it does get quite loud, and I struggled to hear people across the table Parking is a bit of a nightmare. Only one car can go down or up the driveway at any one time. Because it has a bend, there is no way of seeing oncoming cars, so you enter by faith. Unfortunately, when you're met by another vehicle, someone has to reverse all the back and start again. There's also a weird one lane road around the carpark. There are no signs indicating a one way, so people get stuck going every which way 🚗🚕🚓 The intention was to walk around the gardens after our breakfast. It's apparently amazing, and requires a koha (donation) entry. It had been raining steadily since last night 🌧 and the trail starts with an incline, which my jandels definitely said no to. It was still well worth a visit ❤

I went to brunch with my family several times, and was touched by the unwavering excellent taste and artistic food and service. This cafe surprisingly always gives us joy and emotion. In particular, the kind male staff who showed us art with pepper yesterday makes us feel happy to respond to customers with constant smiles whenever we visit. It must be a precious treasure of this cafe. ^.^ On my way home with my daughter, I praised this beautiful and friendly cafe for its taste because the food is artistic and the ingredients are fresh. We drove two hours to come to this cafe, and it was always a pleasant meal out. It makes me think that the person who makes the food at this cafe is definitely the best chef.

While the food was delicious, the service left much to be desired. I was with an autistic client, and we waited over 40 minutes to be served. I had to walk to the front to try and place our order, but the woman with red hair repeatedly said she’d come to take it—only to prioritize seating new customers instead of attending to those already waiting. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since others who arrived after us were served quickly and received utensils while we were overlooked. I eventually had to put my hand up and the other elderly waitress Angie who came with a smile, The only positive she was friendly and genuinely kind —five stars to her.

🌟 A Heartfelt Review for an Exceptional Experience 🌟

Today, I wanted to take a moment to share a truly remarkable experience I recently had at the Cafe. Words alone cannot express the depth of my gratitude and admiration for this extraordinary establishment. It's not just about the delicious food, but the entire experience that left an indelible mark on my heart.

From the moment I stepped foot into Cafe, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and a level of hospitality that instantly made me feel like a cherished guest. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring every aspect of my visit was perfect was truly commendable.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, my taste buds were in absolute heaven! Each dish was a masterpiece, crafted with passion and expertise. The flavors danced on my palate, leaving me in awe of the culinary artistry that unfolded before me. It was evident that the chefs poured their hearts and souls into every plate, and the result was nothing short of extraordinary.

But what truly sets Quail cafe apart is the way they made me feel. It's not just about the food; it's about the memories created, the connections formed, and the joy shared. The ambiance was enchanting, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. The attentive staff anticipated my every need, making me feel like the most important person in the room.

In a world where exceptional service and genuine care can sometimes be hard to find, the Cafe stands as a shining example of what true hospitality should be. They have mastered the art of making their guests feel cherished, and for that, they have earned my utmost respect and admiration.

So, if you're looking for an experience that transcends the ordinary, I wholeheartedly recommend Quail Cafe. Prepare to be swept away by their culinary delights, their warm embrace, and the memories you'll cherish for a lifetime. It's a place where dreams come true, where every moment is a celebration of life's beautiful moments.

I am forever grateful to the entire team at Cafe for creating an experience that touched my soul. They deserve nothing less than a resounding 5-star review, and I encourage you all to pay them a visit and experience their magic firsthand.

Had heard this was the place to go, can only assume there's been a change of ownership since. Very disappointed. Poor selection of menu items, most items were for breakfast/brunch. The item I wanted wasn't available so got recommended a Croque Monsieur which turns out to be a fancy french name for a very disappointing toasted sandwich. If there was cheese I couldn't see or taste it, it was just very soggy bread with white sauce with some ham in it. No seasoning that I could taste. Our drinks arrived well after we had finished our meals. Drinks were good though but I have never been to a cafe or restaurant where your drinks come out just as you're ready to leave. Also our tea cup had lipstick on it, when asked if we could have a clean cup the waitress seemed annoyed with us and it looked as if she checked my wife to see if she was wearing lipstick. Anyway, hope it improves as I can't see...
