Gluten free fish and chips + other sides as well. They used corn flour, canola oil (althou menu stated soybean but when I checked with them it was canola oil) and fry separately from non-GF foods. And yes, it’s very crispy.
The only thing that surprised me is only 1pc of onion ring ($1)......
P/s: it would be more helpful if in future anyone can review about ingredients used for GF menu especially for people has food allergies. Of course, we will do our due diligence to confirm with staffs.

Read moreA little disappointed the other evening with the spring roll which had a very large piece of cabbage taking up 3/4 of the roll. Spring roll was not cooked through, cold in the middle along with the battered sausage I bought, edible but could have done with another minute or two in the cooker. Chips were reasonable, not crispy but I'd rate about a 7/10 and elephant fish was cooked thoroughly.

We drove a car from Cardrona and made a stop in this restaurant in a cold rainy day. The fish was really fresh and crispy. The good thing is the fish didn’t taste oily at all.
