We had a lovely girl serving our table, the rest was a comedy show.

Firstly, there was only ONE vegetarian option on the menu. Baked Aubergine which a lot of people donโ€™t like so I canโ€™t understand why if they only have one option that would be the choice. I had to order two sides because that was not something I could stomach.

From our table of 5. 2 sent back cold dinners and one didnโ€™t bother to complain about their cold dinner.

We ordered some desert and an Irish coffee while it was still light. 45 minutes later, they came back to ask us about the Irish coffee again as they didnโ€™t know what it was. We were only one of two tables. Another 15 minutes passed so I went up to ask what was going on. She said yours is coming now and pointed to some deserts that I knew werenโ€™t ours but I went back to be seated. When they walked passed us to serve the only other table in the restaurant I went up again to ask where our deserts were. They were confused and had obviously forgotten our order so I went back to be seated again to let them figure it out.

Our deserts quickly came out then and a lady who I think was the manager on, dropped it on the table without asking who it was for or telling us what it was. Common courtesy! It was beyond rude.

She came back with the sorbet that had taken an hour to prepare and asked us quite abruptly โ€œis everything alright at this table?โ€ To which we explained it was a very long wait for desert. She said the desert can take 15 minutes to cook to which we explained itโ€™s over an hour now. She looked surprised but no apology made.

My parents were here the night before and said the food was incredible and so was the service so we donโ€™t know what went wrong with last night. We do know about staff shortages and we appreciate that. But rudeness is not acceptable, no matter what the circumstances. We are still paying...

Terrible experience, We went to rock it kitchen , in the beginning staff member was very nice. She gave us table to sit, we were sitting at the table and my partner order beer and then he asked which one is best beer they got. staff member said she can bring samples and meanwhile we were deciding food to order. Then staff member came back and said her manager said because it is public holiday, legally they cannot serve just beer. We said don't worry definitely we are going to order food as well. I am vegetarian so I asked her we are ordering fries and chicken for my partner. Also asked her what vegetarian option they have then she gave me only 1 option, and I said sorry I did not like it. Please just bring fries and chicken then she said sorry chicken is not ready. I told her that if she can just give us fries with drinks, her excuse was, because it is public holiday so legally they do not count fries as a food item for 2 people.

To be honest we felt like it was not food issue it was kind of racist behaviour towards us. They just wanted us to leave the place. It was very embarrassing for us to leave the table without having food.

Anyways, thank you to their staff member or manager for making our...

Really good food with good drinks and a nice atmosphere/view. We went there on Thursday for dinner. They focus more on sharing meals than on single meals, which adds greatly to the atmosphere! The service was outstanding (every one of the service girls and guys was amazing and helpful)! The portion sizes were a little bit on the small side, but to be fair, the staff "warned" us and explained everything about their food and portion sizes. I had the steak with fries, asked for medium rare, and got exactly that. Good taste and a good dip for the fries! We went there at 6 pm, which wasnโ€™t busy at all. If you want to book a table online, you need to do it at least a day in advance. On the day of, you have to call or drive there to make a booking. Thanks again for the...

The only reason I'm giving a 3 star review is due to the lack of vegan options and the price of the dish. We went, anticipating a few options due to other online reviews and the website saying there were vegan options...really, there was 1 breakfast option which was cold smashed avocado and peas on toast (unless you wanted to go for the only other option which seemed more of a lunch dish). It was beautifully presented and tasty. However, considering avocados are about 69 cents atm, I thought the $31.50 price was a bit excessive. $40+ for breakfast with a coffee.

Got scolded by a staff because we went straight in without waiting outside for a vaccine pass check. But for god sake there was no sign saying we should wait outside (see attached photos. Or maybe I am blind?). And I understand itโ€™s a common sense to wait to be seated. But we just wanted to order a takeaway drink! Ordered english breakfast tea with milk for takeaway. No milk. Not double cupped. Only good experience was that I went back and the barista was nice and added milk for me.

Awesome spot for a lunch after attempting to enter on the freezing sea. Quite cozy and fresh restaurant, surrounded by an astonishing nature. The stream is just at the backyard and canoes pass around it. The lawn is good enough to entertain the kids while waiting for their orders. Food was delicious and well prepared, kids loved their burgers and the older one enjoyed his lasagna. We close the meal with an angelical boys berry cheese cake until the last crumb. Great choice!
