Coffee 👎 , food & near park 👍 Starting with the positives: most of the cafe overlooks South Karori Park, and there is a nice selection of slices and savoury food. If it’s slices or something light to eat while the kids play on the park or you look out over the park, then you’ll be happy. Unfortunately I was served the most insipid coffee I’ve tasted in Wellington. First coffee was tepid & tasted yecch; the second was Ok temperature but still insipid and yucky. We visited as a family group on a busy Sunday morning, the last day of school holidays.

We managed to find a table without booking even though it was very busy, lots of groups, mostly mixed with adults and kids.

The food took a little while to arrive but then no surprises because it was very busy. The quality was very nice to ok slightly varied but certainly great value for the price which is reasonable...
