I ordered a regular coffee, which arrived in what can only be described as a thimble with a handle. Apparently, what used to be the regular size is now called large, and the new regular barely covers the bottom of the cup. A bold rebranding exercise. That’s when I started to suspect something had changed—and not for the better. The service was coldly professional: efficient, polite, and utterly joyless.
