I visited the Whiby Taj for the first time and found everything so amazing here . I booked a party dinner for 12 people at Whitby Taj . As I went inside first I noticed the cleanliness because it is very important that the place where you are eating should be hygienic .But Im so impressed with atmosphere of whitby Taj restaurant (aroma fragrance and music ) refreshed my mood .
Their Staff welcomed us so nicely, first served water and sent the menu along with it. Miss Gurpreet took everyone's order with a lot of patience and kindness as she looked very experienced and professional. They started by serving drinks .
Later on Mr Tanveer started serving food in a very Professional manner ( curry’s , Naan Breads platters ) , No doubt guys, the food was as delicious to eat , as it looked😋
Dinning at Whitby Taj was a delightful experience from start to finish . we enjoyed everything about our visit to this restaurant . ,Customer service of Whitby Taj Staff exceeded all expectations. Full value for money. Highly recommended Guys

Firstly after confirming with the manager that we had a 1 year old as part of our group, I had to drive home from the restaurant to get his highchair as the restaurant only had 1 which was already in use.
Having arrived at 5.30 we had to get the waiters attention to order food and drinks, main meals were not served until after 7pm.
When I went to ask how much longer our food would be, the staff were more interested in talking to the Door Dash driver who was behind me in the line.
I was then told the food was cooked and it would be out in 3 minutes, it arrived 20 minutes after I was told it would
You'd think a children's Mango Chicken curry wouldn't be spicy however it was too spicy for the kids in our group who ended up just eating naan bread rather than their $18 curry

Read moreUnfortunately lost a customer tonight, ordered online and their website promoted free delivery to find out it charged an unknown extra $9 on top and payment, emailed screenshots, called the resturant and the staff couldnt help, they told me to call their manager which was odd, they should sort it for me. Eventually manager called me back saying I have to pay delivery fees and they dont do free delivery. I explained their website has some false marketing that needs to be sorted out. Also their contact details are out of date, i was given 3 emails to sent screenshots too. Got too hard and couldnt be bothered anymore. customer service was not good at all, i would have happily paid delivery but given the no help i recieved and they didnt really care about their out of date website and systems, sadly wont be ordering again from...
