Let’s just start with the waiting period for the food, if you’re taking forever cooking the food at least make sure the food is cooked thoroughly. I ordered fried shrimp and it wasn’t cooked through and neither was the shrimp in the chao fan special. Second piece I ordered chicken and broccoli with mushrooms the mushrooms were rotten, i almost threw up on the initial bite.. I never received my white rice. The chao fan special rice had no flavor what so ever! Honestly i feel like it was a waste of money ordering it. The waiter was very empathetic and understanding and honestly was the only good part about this place but unfortunately i will never again...

Hoy domingo 10 de abril 2022, nos llevamos la peor experiencia en el restaurante de monseñor Lezcano, dónde ordenamos el combo #4, llegamos al local y esperamos aproximadamente 15 minutos para que nos atendiera un mesero (el local estaba vacío), nos dejan el menú, ordenamos, la orden dilató 45 minutos en ser servida, fría y sin sabor, pasamos reclamando la orden que nunca salía, llegaron 3 mesas después de nosotros y fueron atendidos primero, sus órdenes listas y la nuestra nunca salía, preguntábamos por la orden si ya salía y la única respuesta que teníamos era, si ya sale, un desorden total, de los 6 meseros que hay ahí, ninguno servía, lentos y no resolvían a las quejas, no había ningún supervisor como para poner queja e irnos del local hasta que tuve que gritar a ver si alguien se tomaba la molestia de ver nuestro pedido y fue ahí cuando se pusieron las pilas, al terminar de comer, uno de los meseros con mala cara nos da la cuenta, no recomiendo ir a ese restaurante, son unos grandes antipáticos y no pueden hacer bien su trabajo, los meseros pasaron haciendo bromas entre ellos y ninguno se toma en...

Great place for family style servings. The service lacked as there were plenty of servers but we got our drinks after the food came and that's after I had to remind them 3 times.
