Health n healthy Specialty Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Gwarinpa

I ordered food from this bakery to travel with and this is my review:

Vegan donuts: Was a bit disappointed about these because we were really craving some and it was the reason we ordered from here in the first place. The donuts felt dry.

Vegan sausage rolls: These were really nice, we enjoyed them very much. The pastry was really nice and flaky for a wheat base and the inside filling was light and very tasty.

Vegan meat pies: found the pastry a bit hard and tad bit sweet for me. The inside filling was ok but would have loved more "tofu" with the mushrooms. We felt like it was a mushroom filling.

Granola: this was very nice and I ordered three packs

Omega three boaster: Was not available, was disappointed about this.

Chickpea salad: this would have been a fantastic salad but the vinegar overshadowed the taste.

"Tofu" Egg Fried Rice: My partner had this and found it very dry. The tofu was tasteless and bland.

Vegan Mac and cheese: Alas this went bad and I can't review it.

Customer service: First of all, the phone number on the website is actually incorrect, that needs to be changed. Tried the number several times and had to go to their Instagram page to contact them. Also not being sure about whether they could do the vegan donuts or not. At one stage it was they had none then at another stage the vegan donuts were available for delivery.

I paid for 5 meals non-vegan meal prep, and was sent one vegan gluten free meal, which was not on the non-vegan meal prep menu. When confronted, owner was defensive. At one point, she actually requested more money (as she had accidentally quoted a slightly cheaper price to me), saying she withhold the rest of my meals if I didn't pay more. Her boss eventually ordered that she refund me, some hours later. If ordering for delivery, would recommend confirming what exact meal you are receiving and if the meal prep is delivered all at...

I love this bakery! Everything I get from the smoothies, to rice and sauce, to baked goods are amazing. Their cakes and cupcakes are unparalleled goodness, their brownies make me swoon, and these new scones? Utter gloriousness.
