So, 7 of my friends and I,that's 8, all grown women were here just now, but we had to leave because for absolutely no reason the 2 young men at the reception decided to be hostile.

They asked to search my bag, I obliged, after searching I asked that they show me the way in and they completely ignored me.

I found my way in, asked who the manger was, another young man said he was, told him what happened. We went back to the reception, he asked them what happened, they refused to speak about it. I made to leave and he made to stop me, that he must settle whatever it was. Another youngman, the bouncer obviously had to come and intervene before they let me go back inside

As I went in, we left because after "all that" we didn't feel safe.

Said they were checking if we were smuggling in food or drinks.

It's their policy agreed, but it can be carried out in a civilised manner.

The funny thing is, what we had was little purses that can barely fit in phone chargers.

PS: while all this was going on, 3 other ladies came in and no one even looked their way or asked to see their bags.

To think I took the trouble to go online and choose crush cafe.

I hope...

The Crush Cafe as it is popularly called is a really nice place to be. I have an evening out with family members during mu visit to Abuja and I loved it. It's located in a good part of town and is quite easy to locate even if you are not driving. It has a moderate parking space, enough to hold 20-30 cars. There is also a presence of security personnel providing security for cars and assisting with parking. The Crush has a very lovely ambiance. The planning and decorating is excellent. I really can't fault this place in terms of aestatics. It loves good and if you love to take pictures, you will love it here. The Crush holds some other businesses where you can purchase items like perfumes and clothing items. There is a courtyard and other rooms where you can sit with friends to enjoy the very rich menu here. The food was decent and well spiced. The meals are not pricey considering that its in Abuja. Generally, it was a lovely experience and I found my time there enjoyable. Did I mention, the security here is also decent. It's definitely a place I'll like to...

Beautiful place I must say. Rich food menu, rich drinks menu. Cocktails have strong alcohol content, I literally sent my drink to the bar twice to be diluted.

Cool place to hangout as a foreigner in Abuja or if you are a bored resident or have company you want to impress.

There is a possibility of catching some big fishes here also. And by big fishes I mean both Human "fishes" (Abuja Big Men) and big point and kill fishes.

The grilled Crocker fish I ordered could not be consumed in one sitting by 2grown adults. The head of that fish was as big as a Gorrila's. (I am not exergeratting though) Also, fish was well spiced though it took too long to arrive.

You would have to be really patient with tge processing, else, you might lose appetite before your order arrives.

Different seating sections for different people so you have a wide range of seat options. You aren't quite limited.

The staffs (females waiters) are all beautiful ladies, pleasing to the eyes, though not all of they are friendly; but who cares?

Lovely sport bar in Gwarinpa. It is quite popular and I understand why. I would say parking can be a bit tricky because it is located at a sharp bend but ample space to park on the street. Security men at the entrance. The cafe is huge huge huge...different seating areas. In doors, outdoors, upstairs, Downstairs. There is a badminton court and tennis court for people to play into the night. Music is blasting from speakers (I don't like loud music so not exactly my scene), but for people who like shouting over to get heard, this is the place for them. I would say service was average. I ordered barbecue catfish and it took over an hour to come. The catfish was not prepared well, the spice was not allowed to marinate well so didn't have any taste whatsoever and there was hardly any side like yam or potatoes Did I add there is a snooker table and alot of tv strategically located for the clients viewing pleasure. In all, place is a nice place to chill with friends .....
