Omo! Customer service here is so disgusting and unprofessional, I have lost count on the number of times I’ve been treated wrongly by their workers(only few of them are well mannered). There’s always one complaint or another anytime I purchase my meal from Chicken Republic (they always omit one thing from your order, it’s either your sauce, salad, coleslaw, or no spoon, they might give you spoon when you order for pasta). It hasn’t always been like this but for the past 3 years now they’ve been so poor when it comes to treating customers with respect. Customer Service is good. Although, there is room for improvement. I don't want a grumpy staff attending to me. Guess it's cause of a lot of customers.

There's a large inflow of customers here. It takes a while to get your order ready. Just go in in with a lot of patience. The staff are doing well these days....

I was heading to the clinic to take injection. I decided to branch to get something to eat. I took a takeout of fries. To my surprise the fries was partly done. I had to spit out. I returned it back to the personnel that served me. she was just staring at me till I walked out. No words no...
