10 Eleven Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Lagos State

Sadly we had a very bad experience at 10eleven. It was valentines night 2023. My husband booked a reservation and transferred 30’000 Naira deposit. We had the appointment by 8. Due to traffic we arrived by 9 and there was no table for us. They sat us outside at a very nice lounge table. Sadly the table was used before and not cleaned. We had to ask the server to clean the table. He did. Then we placed our order. We where two couples and took different dishes. Everything according to their Menue. Nothing extra. Also we ordered water and juice. Remember we where there by 9. By 10 we didn’t even had a bottle of water. We reminded the waiter when ever he passed at our table to please don’t forget us. By 11 I went outside to the car to drink water, cause we still didn’t have any. Next to us came to sit 3 guys. They ordered and whitin 30 minutes they had their drinks and food. As we where upset we told the waiter to bring us any food and drinks. He said he’s coming. We where really hungry and angry. By midnight we asked for manager to return our deposit money so that we can leave. Manager showed and was surprised at what happen. But still no food on our table. Behold, by 1 am we left the place without having eaten with a bag of takeout chicken wings and chips. They won’t see us again. Cause a couple that was there waited 2 hours for some juice then left without having eaten. A group of 3 girls also left very upset cause they didn’t eat. It was my birthday and I decided to take me out to enjoy the day. Oops naira scarcity isn't making things easy and it's looking like the day would end up like every other day but my sister came to the rescue and said you don't have to go far to enjoy yourself, there's a lounge inside the next estate where you can enjoy yourself. Really? She mentioned 10 Eleven and I checked the map, oh it would cost me less than 500 to get there. Off I go. From the entrance, I was wowed 😍. This is giving me the Ikeja/Lekki vibes. This is very nasty place, not baby friendly at all! My sister had visited with her husband and 8 month old baby to celebrate her husband’s birthday; My niece who was exclusively breast fed for 6months and had only recently started solids became hungry and needed to be fed her cereal. Could you believe that my sister was told she could not feed my niece in the restaurant and was told she could only feed her outside where there was flies!!!!!!!!!!
