Domino's Pizza Agungi — Restaurant in Lagos State

This is horrible and highly apalling! They used to be good but now they have no money plus don't have enough workers at the place it self and calling is even more excruciating. The man that answered kept getting himself confused and it was very irritating, beside that he could not deliver yet where i live is less than 9 kilometres away, we had to correct him about HIS OWN BRANCH delivery areas because he was reffering me to another branch in ajah!!! We had to repeat basically everything to the man twice or more. If you see the kind pizza they brought as sif holy ghost fire blasted it then and all the goodness was raptured. It was cold and we ordered half magarita half bbq WITH NO CHEESE OR MEET CAUSE MY SISTER IS VEGAN only for him to bring more than half magarita and the cheese was on the bbq sauce that was for magarita, and the bbq pizza had strings of bbq yes ooo STRINGS! She had to remove the cheese and even though that may not seem like a big deal why would i waste 4k!!! On something that i could have bought how much tom tom with not even tom tom a full course meal plus gala and coke! OGA THIS CHRISTMAS PERIOD THIS NEW YEARS PERIOD!! i pray you don't bring this flabagasted nonstrosity to 2018 ooo abeg new year...

This was horrendous. I called the restaurant for delivery and had the man tell me that they did not deliver to my adresss which is less than 9 km away, he referred me to the Ajah branch and I the costumer had to inform him that not only was incorrect but furthermore contentious in his inability to listen. I had to repeat everything at least thrice but continued with the understanding that phones make it hard to hear people sometimes. However, you could not imagine my disgust and frustration when the pizza arrived cold, poorly executed, and resembling a pizza that had gone through better days. I am vegan, so I cannot eat cheese and repeated this to the man 4 times and had him read back my order to me. Instead of a barbecue pizza with no cheese or meat I was presented with a mess, a striped splotchy mess or strings of barbecue sauce topped with dehydrated onions, thin crust and thick crust on what should have been a uniformly thick crust pizza and cheese on most of my vegan slices. Biggest waste of 4,400 Naira that could have easily bought me a real meal rather than a sad...

Probably the worst delivery service i have ever experienced. My house is not more than 15 mins away, yet, orders take at least 1hr and usually 2hrs to arrive. I don’t know why i keep giving them chance after chance to disappoint, and continually tell me their favourite line “sorry for the inconvenience” every time i call to complain. Its pizza. You guys have to have ur dispatch on point or you ruin the experience for people. No one wants to eat cold pizza that is now as hard as a slice of cardboard just because of your incompetent delivery service.

Edit: they ran out of cheese. A whole pizza place literally ran out of cheese and its not even 4pm yet. This made my 15minute wait for in-store pick up, turn to almost 1 hour cos they had to get cheese from somewhere before they could make my pizza....
