Ark City Cafe is a mix between an outdoor bar and a lounge. They also have really nice continental food. I did a take out of grilled croaker (it was ready in 30 minutes, I suggest u call in before you get there so the waiting time is reduced). I had a Tequila Sunrise cocktail there that was so strong!!!
