Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The service is suuuuuper slooow, we were given a wine card only upon seating and had to wait for over 10 min until we finally called for a waiter to give us menus. Then we waited again until we were able to order. The food was quite good, the Espresso Martini in particular was just perfect and a proper one. But then we again waited for ages until we asked for a receipt. Got super strange reaction from the waitress when we asked her to give us a cheque and complained about long wait - she just stood still for a couple of minutes silently looking at us and not even moving. Then she left and another waiter came who started to make excuses like they did not not have a manager and had a full seating at 11 pm Saturday night, bla-bla-bla. Unexpectedly very bad service for a place of such level, albeit food was good, the view and setting was cool and the prices were matching a restaurant of such level (given 20% discount for hotel guests, without it prices are way above Skopje’s restaurants). We went in for a lunch and we had high expectations from sky panoramika. First thing the reception staff was not interested, we didn’t get a hello or goodbye which you would expect from a hotel. Once we sat at the restaurant, my attention was drawn to the black coated glasses on the table with quite few scratches on them which is not acceptable. We tried few things from the menu, none were bad, but in our oppinion they failed to justify the high prices. As for example in the ceasar salad instead of chiken it had some kind of bad tasting salami. And the chicken breast which was 1000mkd came with french fries instead of some nicely baked potato. I just expected better. When coffee time came, we asked for a hot coffee recommendation, the eaiter suggested crema cafe, which when asked what it is he didn’t knew and it turned out to be iced coffee…. Arguably, the best restaurant in Skopje and is definitely the best view. The food is great, and it is probably the best place to order a steak as well! Great atmosphere overall! The only thing is the service, extremely slow and uninterested, they hate being there, always away and hiding from guests, always on their phone, and whatever question i asked about the food they had no knowledge about it. For the quality food you serve, please upgrade...
