3 stars because the place itself is nice and the last time I ate, I had the morrocan chicken which was pretty decent.
HOWEVER, I went there for the second time and I decided to get the guacamole. Words cannot express how bad the guacamole was. There was way too much lime in it and too much onion. It was like eating a very very sour onion, it was disgusting. The chips, which I assume was freshly made, was too greasy and tasted very stale and it was very hard to chew.
On top of that, there was too little chips compared to how much guacamole there was. It was placed in the "sharing for 2" portion of the menu, but the chips was not even enough for 1 person.
Mexican restaurant not knowing how to make guacamole is like an Italian place not knowing how to make pasta. Guacamole is the most basic thing in every Mexican restaurant and there is no excuse for it to be this terrible. Costs 300 denars too. Absolute disgrace of a guacamole. My stomach still hurts from the sour onion taste.
People have told me the quesadillas there are good, which I haven't tried, but all I can say from my experience is that the guacamole is beyond terrible, I cannot...
Read moreI’ve had the pleasure of dining here many times at this restaurant and always have been impressed. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, with colorful decorations and traditional music playing in the background.
The menu was extensive and offered a wide variety of authentic dishes to choose from. I decided to try the tacos al pastor and they did not disappoint. The burritos were bursting with beans, rice, and a variety of toppings, and the enchiladas were smothered in a rich and spicy sauce.
But the real standout dish for me was the mole poblano, a traditional Mexican sauce made with a blend of chilies, nuts, and spices. It was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the moist and tender chicken served alongside it.
The service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and attentive. They were able to make recommendations and explain the different dishes and ingredients to us, which really added to the overall dining experience.
Overall, I had a fantastic time at this Mexican restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious and authentic...
