Always a bad service, we ordered food delivery multiple times, and there’s always an issue. Food is late, order forgotten and have to be re-ordered while we waited for more than an hour for the new order, food is delivered late and cold. They invested in the looks of the place, but the service is disappointing. Edited after restaurants’ reply: I did order at your restaurant, I did leave the delivery address. So, it’s obvious you do deliveries. Additionally this is not the first time I made orders and you did the delivery. I did request change of delivery time on which you agreed. I did come to pick up the order, on which you said you already send it. The delivery you did via a 3rd party service, true. But you bundle 3 deliveries in one. It’s not about charging me a dedicated delivery cost, than shared, it’s about the food arriving cold. As i said in my earlier review, this is not the first time happening. Wonderful, delicious, fresh, and definitely the BEST service. Rupi (his nickname) provided outstanding food and drink recommendations and was attentive to every detail. He was personable as well as professional. The food was very flavorful and fresh, and the price for a large mixed salad, a large vegetable pizza, a seafood pasta, and a glass of house red wine was just under $20.00. The place was empty, yet they insisted on seating us at a table by the cold main door, acting as if we were uninvited guests in their living room when we entered .
The staff was arrogant and told us lunch would start at 12 PM, even though we left at that time and the restaurant remained empty. To top it off, they only cleaned the spots with leftover food, leaving sticky marks and glass bottom tracks on the table.
