FIRST Review:

Food total score is 5 for 15 pieces SPICY WINGS. 5 for the TASTE: The flavours are well-balance which means you can eat the wings alone without any adding any sauce or seasoning. I actually didn't had big expectations about this, but the first bite of the wings made my eyes closed. It was really good. It reminded me of the friend chicken of Jollibee in Philippines or KFC.

5 for CRISPINESS: The flour wasn't that thick and with every bite you can hear the crackling crispiness of the chicken.

5 for the JUICINESS: The oil that has been used taste good. The oil doesn't taste like it was from yesterday or it was overly re-used.

5 for NEWLY FRIED: The first time buying fried chicken in Caylos was newly fried because it was warm, crispy and juicy even after the 15 minutes of walk I did going back home. I personally believed that a true fried chicken is a fried chicken that should be always served to the customers newly fried. This doesn't mean that it is just warm. What a customer should experience is that it is both warm and juicy. It is not a fried chicken where the oil juice dried up because it was cooked early and placed it in the oven to keep it warm. Every restaurant or fast food should be aware that most of the customers will know if it was newly fried or not. I've experience this a lot, but didn't gave a feedback. However these experiences led always to one act and that is not buying anymore.

4.5 for the SPICINESS: It is minus 0.5 because the spiciness is Norwegian spiciness, and this is fine because it's a courteous act of Caylos for the culture. However, Norway now is a multi-cultural and multi-ethnicity country, which means it would be better to add more options for the spiciness to cater to people that wants the real spicy food.

5 for the PRICE: It is affordable. 168 kr for 15 pieces of spicy wings.

4.5 for the PACKAGING: The packaging both the box used for the wings and paper bag has their logos which is important especially if it's a new business. However, the packaging lightly burn after it was place in the oven in a 100 degrees Celsius to warm it up. Unlike the packaging of Fly Chicken.

4 for the SERVICE: Among 5 employees only the Cashier greeted me and made an eye contact. The cashier was also trying to make a conversation about their product which is something good especially when it's a new business.

5 for the TIME: I only waited for 10 minutes after I made my order. However I rather wait more as long as I'm getting a NEWLY FRIED fried chicken.

5 for the ATMOSPHERE: The place is new. The instruments that they are using looks new and clean.

we thought we would give this place a go this evening. i ordered a medium box which and my son ordered a BBQ chicken burger. We waited no less than31 minutes before the food was ready !! So, if you are expecting fast food, you might want to go elsewhere. It seemed rather chaotic and I overheard someone else complain that they had waited 40 minutes. However, the taste and consistency was good. I was not impressed that someone who clearly works there because he was behind the counter helping when we arrived sat at a customer table eating food and was served whilst we had to wait. Just a suggestion, but maybe staff should eat out the back or focus on serving customers who are actually paying and waiting...? Would be better if they had prefried many of the most popular pieces so they are warm and ready to be served instead of the half hour wait. All in all, not brilliant but the food tasted good and I hope they manage to succeed in this business...
