⭐ 10/10 Dining Experience We went for the No. 37 Steak Experience and what an absolutely fantastic choice! Without exaggeration, this was the best steak I’ve ever tasted in Norway. The plate is perfectly portioned for two (even three) people to share, with sauces and sides that you can mix and match to create your own flavor combinations. Every bite felt like an explosion of taste tender, juicy, perfectly grilled meat paired with creamy spinach, baked potatoes, and those flavorful sauces that tie everything together in harmony. The service was warm and genuine, and the highlight of the evening was when the chef himself came out to ask if we enjoyed the dish,such a thoughtful, kind, and personal gesture, something you rarely experience in Northern Norway. It truly showed pride in the craft and care for the guests. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is cozy, with a rustic yet refined style that perfectly complements the dining experience. Appetizer: Crab Rolls. Phenomenal taste and the perfect size for any starter dish. Highly recommended!

Main Course: Medium rare 300 g tenderloin, with bearnaise sause. Cooked perfectly with the right amount of sear and seasoning. It was served on a bed of green beans. Tender and juicy with every bite!

I really expected more! I ordered shrimps as fist course, it should be a shrimp cocktail, but the presentation did not remind me of a cocktail. I liked the salsa ish sauce/salad, but the shrimps were over cooked. Thereafter I ordered a big pepper steak. To my disappointment I got only a really small peace of meat, which was a bit chewy and the sauce was not well preformed since it was separated into two phases.
